Ayushman Bharat is India’s flagship national health program launched through the government of India in September 2018 to gain Universal Health Coverage [UHC]. Step-by-Step Online Registration & Card Generation Process

Follow these steps to complete your registration online:

Step 1: Access the Portal and Login

  • Open the official NHA Beneficiary Portal in your browser.
  • Below the login part, choose the Beneficiary option (rather of Operator).
  • Give your mobile number and press Verify.
  • Punch in the One-Time Password (OTP) received on your phone along with the secure captcha code, after press Login.

Step 2: find for Your Family data

  • On the dashboard, select your State and Scheme (typically PMJAY).
  • Select your District.
  • Under the Search By filter drop-down, select either Aadhaar Number, Family ID / Ration Card, or Name.
  • Input the number/details and click the search icon. A deep drive list showing all members connect to that family profile will seen on the screen.

Step 3: Start the e-KYC validation

  • See for your particular name in the generated table. Check the Card Status column.
  • If it shows Not Generated or Identified, press the Action button (shown by an ‘Apply’ icon) to start registration.
  • Authenticate your identity by choose an e-KYC mode: Aadhaar OTP is the simplar method.
  • Press Verify to send a formal OTP to registered mobile number directly with your Aadhaar card. attach the OTP to validate.

Step 4: Take a picture and Submit

  • The system will fetch your official data from the UIDAI Aadhaar registry.
  • You must take or upload a clear, live passport-style photograph via your device camera. The facial matching score should structurally align with your Aadhaar photo.
  • Fill out any remaining mandatory sub-fields (such as your current Pin Code and relationship to the head of the family) and click Submit.

Step 5: Card Approval and Download

  • Once submitted, your data enters an automated validation sequence.
  • For most profiles matching Aadhaar accurately, approval is instantaneous.
  • Go to the dashboard, press Download Card, and save the safe PDF copy of your Ayushman Card.
